Progress towards the Company’s near-term objectives and milestones follows:

Conduct activated carbon pilot manufacturing campaign.
Validate activated carbon product quality through independent laboratories.
Distribute powdered activated carbon (PAC) samples to potential customers.
Receive intent to purchase PAC by potential customers.
Refine activated carbon marketing plans.
Source additional working capital.
Engage 3rd party manufacturer of activated carbon and sodium silicate, if required to establish the customer base. *
Enter into agreements in principal with rice mills for plant location, rice hull ash supply, land and utilities. **
Obtain funding for first manufacturing facility in Arkansas
Design and construct full-scale manufacturing facility. ***
Secure precipitated silica patents and conduct pilot plant development. ****
Perform process, equipment design, and engineering for precipitated silica plants.
Source funding for the first precipitated silica plant.

* accomplished through pilot plant operations, thus avoiding a costly custom manufacturing campaign.

** an agreement was executed with Producers Rice Mill in Arkansas for the first manufacturing facility.

*** startup was completed in 2005.

**** U.S. and foreign patents have been granted for the method and products.  Commercialization is proceeding.
